Start with your guest count
Write down the number of people you expect, including adults and children. If the count is still changing, give us a likely range instead of choosing a package based only on the maximum number of invitations. Tell us whether the gathering is one seated meal or an event where guests arrive at different times.
Guest count alone does not describe the whole meal. A gathering with several main dishes is different from one where lechon is the principal dish. Sharing that context helps us discuss your options without relying on a fixed promise that one size feeds every type of event.

Ask us to confirm how the listed sizes are measured and which range suits your menu and guest count. A package size should not be treated as the amount of boneless meat on the serving table. Availability and your current package quote are confirmed directly for your chosen date.
Look at the rest of your menu
- Other main dishes: Tell us if lechon will be served alongside chicken, fish, noodles, or other substantial dishes.
- Serving style: A buffet lets guests choose different portions; a plated meal usually needs a more deliberate allocation.
- Your plans after the meal: Let us know if you want to allow for guests taking portions home, rather than treating that as an unexpected extra.
Every whole lechon package includes dinuguan and sauce. Dinuguan can be replaced with bopis. Mention your preference when you ask for a quote, and confirm any side-dish quantities or ingredient questions with us before finalizing the package.
When smaller portions make sense
If you want lechon for a smaller meal rather than a whole centerpiece, ask about per-kilo, half-kilo, and tub orders. These are offered on selected dates and depend on availability; they are not a promise of daily stock.
For a tub order, ask about the portion included rather than assuming every tub is equivalent to a kilo or half kilo. Check our Facebook page for current announcements and message us about the collection or delivery details for that particular offering.
